Mission: Health Report

Hey its beautiful outside.  Let's go get some exercise and get healthy! I am on a mission to get myself healthy and in shape. I am looking for people with similar goals to be in a support group with me. Since this is a hard thing to do, your help will make it easier. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
